About me
I’m Karen Bultiauw and I help authors build a sustainable career on their own terms through coaching, strategy, training and support.
In a previous life I was a teacher, bookseller and events manager before working in sales, publicity and marketing covering children’s and YA and commercial fiction.
And the number one question I have authors come to me with is: “Where do I even start with promoting myself and my work?”
I created The Author Glow-up to help you create a solid foundation that sets you up for the rest of your career, whether you’re just starting out, publishing your debut or want to start the next chapter in your author journey.
If you’re looking for someone with industry knowledge and experience to be 100% on your team, you’re in the right place!
“I felt like I was in the safest hands.”
“Karen always took all the stress out of my event appearances and managed to solve any problems with no fuss and always with a smile on her face! I felt like I was in the safest hands and the way she combines efficiency, knowledge and kindness is great.”
– Manon Steffan Ros
